These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Thinkora governing your access to and use of our website, desktop application and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you’re agreeing on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.

Thinkora is an AI operating analyst that connects to systems you authorize — booking platforms, point-of-sale, advertising and ERP tools — to help you analyze your business, generate reports and receive alerts. The Service relies on a desktop application that runs queries locally and returns results.

To use the Service you must:

• Be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
• Provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and secure.
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in violation of any law or third-party rights.
• Connect data or systems you are not authorized to access.
• Reverse engineer, resell or attempt to extract the underlying models.
• Interfere with, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Use the Service to build a competing product.

You retain all rights to the data in your connected systems. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide the Service to you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and permissions to connect those systems and for any actions you approve within the Service. Writes back to connected systems require your explicit approval before they run.

The Service, including its software, design and content (excluding your data), is owned by Thinkora and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the pricing presented at purchase. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable and exclude taxes. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes apply to the next billing cycle. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of your current term.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that insights generated will be accurate or complete. AI-generated output may contain errors and should be verified before you act on it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thinkora and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (such as ownership, disclaimers and liability) will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are material, we’ll update the “last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
