To exercise any of the rights summarized above, email privacy@thinkora.ai. We’ll verify your identity and respond within one month, as required by the GDPR. There’s no fee for a reasonable request. If we can’t fulfil a request, we’ll explain why and tell you how to appeal.
Our infrastructure is hosted in the United States. When we transfer personal data out of the EEA, UK or Switzerland, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and additional technical and organizational measures to protect your data.

Business customers who need a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) to meet their own GDPR obligations can request one from us. Our DPA incorporates the Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable. Email privacy@thinkora.ai to put one in place.
We maintain procedures to detect and respond to personal-data breaches. Where a breach is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify the relevant supervisory authority and affected individuals without undue delay, in line with GDPR requirements.
